Feel the rhythm, embrace the energy and dance your way to fitness with The Dance Society at Weeke Community Centre. Dance Fitness (Latin) is a fun, energetic class combining easy-to-follow Latin-inspired routines with upbeat music to create an enjoyable full-body cardio workout.
The class includes a lively mix of popular Latin dance styles, including:
- Cha Cha
- Samba
- Jive
- Paso Doble
It’s a great way to improve your fitness, coordination and confidence while enjoying a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. No previous dance experience is needed, simply come along ready to move, have fun and enjoy the Latin vibe.

First class: £5
Following classes: £7 per class Payment can be made by cash or card on the door.
The Dance Society also offers a loyalty stamp scheme, giving regular attendees the opportunity to receive £5 off and earn a free class.
